Gobbler 5K

The Gobbler 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run is an annual Thanksgiving Day event held at Jay B Starkey Park in New Port Richey, Florida. Now in its 13th year, the race offers a chip-timed 5K and a 1-mile fun run suitable for all ages. Participants enjoy a family- and pet-friendly atmosphere with music, vendors, and community spirit.

Runners receive finisher medals, poly dry-fit shirts, backpacks, and trophies for top age group finishers. The scenic course winds through Starkey Park, and jogging strollers and leashed pets are welcome. Proceeds support First Christian Academy, making it a festive way to give back while staying active.
