Gold Rush 10M Trail Run

Gold Rush Growler Trail Runs at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA, offer a 10-mile trail run and a 5K along the shoreline and trails. For 2025, the courses are new: the 5K starts at Granite Beach, to Oak Point and Old County, then returns on new and old trails; the 10-mile route starts at South Granite Beach, winds to Oak Point, loops through Old Oak Point Campground, past Nude Beach and Beeks Bight, climbs Jedi Trail to Old County Road, then returns via Flow Trail.
