Gold Rush 10M Trail Run

The Gold Rush Growler Trail Runs, held at Granite Beach in Folsom Lake State Recreation Area, feature scenic 10-mile and 5K trail races along shoreline and single-track trails. The 10-mile course includes paved park roads, secret trails, and varied terrain with aid stations offering water, electrolyte drinks, and gels. Participants receive a custom finisher beer glass and post-race local IPA beer, plus a meal of hot soup or chili.
