Gold Rush 10M Trail Run

The Gold Rush Growler Trail Runs, held at Granite Beach in Folsom Lake State Recreation Area, feature scenic 10-mile and 5K trail races along shoreline and single-track trails. The 10-mile course includes diverse terrain with paved park roads, secret trails, and notable landmarks like Oak Point, Doton’s Point, Nude Beach, and the Jedi Trail. Aid stations provide water, electrolyte drinks, and gels.

Participants receive a custom finisher beer glass and post-race local IPA beer, plus a meal of hot soup or chili. Awards are given for overall and age group winners.
