The Goose Creek Trail Run & Hike takes place in Washington, North Carolina, at a scenic state park featuring beginner-friendly trails with boardwalks and Spanish Moss. The event offers multiple distances: a 10K hike, 10K trail race, half marathon trail race, and a 50K trail race. The courses are mostly flat with barely rolling terrain, ideal for personal records, and include views of the river beach and the unique Palmetto Boardwalk on the 50K loop.
