The GR-8H Trail Race takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Ormond Beach, Florida, at North Peninsula State Park (40 High Bridge Rd). The event includes the following race options:

The 8-hour event uses a loop format with a two-mile loop. The race is the fourth event organized by East Coast Trail Racing.
Course and logistics
The course is described as a non-technical, slightly rolling single-track trail located between the intracoastal waterway and the ocean. The park location provides campground access, an area for tent camping, restroom facilities, and park ranger support. Registration opens on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and is limited to 70 runners.
