Granville Ambulance Chase

Granville Ambulance Chase is a multi-event running festival in Historic Downtown Oxford, North Carolina. The course starts on Main Street in front of the courthouse and finishes on Little John Street, with Main, Spring, High, and Littlejohn Streets closed for safety. The event offers 10K and 5K Ambulance Chase races, a 5K Fun Run, a 1 Mile Family Walk, and a Kids Dash, welcoming both competitive runners and families.

Proceeds benefit the Granville Health System Foundation, making it a community fundraiser as well as a race. A food truck rodeo runs alongside the day, with timing provided by Run The East. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
