Event details

The Greenhouse Haunted Wine Run 5k is scheduled for Sunday, October 5, 2025 in Irwin, Pennsylvania at Greenhouse Winery, 2155 Gracin Ln, Irwin, PA 15642. The event is a chip-timed 5k with an out-and-back course that starts and finishes at the winery. The route is mostly on paved roads and includes a few challenging hills. Results are scored and posted by J3 Timing. Free race photos are available for download after the event. Proceeds from the event will support Pet Friends Inc, a volunteer animal rescue organization.

Registration and logistics

Registration is open to a wide age range and the event offers age group awards in 10-year categories up through the 80+ group, with awards available for top finishers in each category and picked up at the registration table on race day. Registration includes a T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a wine-glass-shaped finisher medal, a chip-timed race bib, online results, and a wine pour (minors do not receive the wine glass or pour). Packet pickup is race day only and opens one hour before the event. A virtual participation option is available; packets can be shipped for an additional handling fee.
