Growler Gallop
The Growler Gallop Atwater is an annual running event held in downtown Detroit, starting and finishing at the iconic Atwater Brewery. Scheduled for September 28, 2025, it features a USATF-certified 10 Mile race and a 5K, both showcasing scenic routes along the Detroit Riverwalk and around Belle Isle. The 5K is walker- and stroller-friendly, welcoming participants of all ages and paces.
The event offers a festive atmosphere with music, medals, race shirts, and Atwater craft beer for all finishers. Age group and overall winners receive growlers of beer and cash prizes.
