Turning Point's Tara's 5K

Turning Point's 5K Run & Walk is held at Freedom Hill County Park in Sterling Heights, MI. The event offers a 5K course and serves as Turning Point's fundraiser kicking off domestic violence awareness month. The day honors a woman memorialized by the organization and Turning Point’s 45th anniversary, highlighting its mission to support survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking.

Participants and attendees enjoy a community atmosphere with opening remarks, age-group awards, and post-race refreshments under a pavilion.
