Event details
The Habitat Hustle is a 14th annual 5K run/walk held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, in Gainesville, Florida. The start and finish are at Boulware Springs Park and the course runs along the Hawthorne Trail. The listed event price is $25 and registration closes on October 24, 2025. Registration includes a T-shirt, race bib, raffle ticket, and post-race treats. Children aged 5 and under may run for free and do not need to register. The top three male and top three female finishers will receive awards.

The event benefits UF Habitat for Humanity; proceeds support home builds and critical home repairs to provide safe, affordable housing to families in Alachua County. Free parking is available at 3300 SE 15th Street, with overflow at 3400 SE 15th Street in Gainesville. A carpool form for UF students is available; it closes on October 23, 2025, and ride assignments are scheduled to be sent October 24, 2025.
