Hair of the Dog 5k

Presented by The Quiet Resorts Charitable Foundation (QRCF), the 15th Annual Hair of the Dog 5K / 1M and the 29th Annual Leo Brady Ocean Plunge take place on the Bethany Beach boardwalk and bandstand in Bethany Beach, Delaware. The event features a fast, flat 5K course run as a single loop finishing on the boardwalk, and a 1-Mile Walk that starts at Garfield Avenue and Atlantic Avenue and finishes on the boardwalk. A signature attraction is the Leo Brady Ocean Plunge into the Atlantic, followed by a post-plunge celebration at The Boathouse, chili cook-off samples, and beer.
