The Medal Madness event is scheduled for January 24, 2026, at Clawson-Burnley Park in Boone, NC (355 M.L.K. Jr. St, Boone, NC 28607). The event includes the following race distances:

- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race start and closes 10 minutes before the race start. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Course and services
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course; the 5K completes the route once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon also uses an out-and-back course and is run in multiple repeats of that route. The event offers finisher medals and has a shirt and gear shop.
