Event overview
The Viking race takes place on February 21, 2026 at Crossroads Recreational Complex in Temple, TX (7325 Prairie View Rd, 76502). The event includes multiple distance options:

Course and logistics
The courses are paved and use out-and-back routes. The 5K/10K route is listed as 3.11 miles; the 5K follows it once and the 10K twice. The half marathon and marathon route is listed as 3.275 miles; the half repeats it four times and the marathon eight times. The overall course time limit is 6 hours.
