The Viking race is on February 28, 2026, at Eagle Lake Park, 1800 Keene Rd, Largo, FL 33771. The event includes three distances and is part of the US Road Running Race Series. All finishers receive a themed medal. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.

Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K courses are out-and-back routes; the 5K is one loop and the 10K is two loops of that same course. The Half Marathon is an out-and-back course completed four times. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the start and closes 10 minutes before the start. Wearing a costume is not required but is encouraged.
