About the race
Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon takes place at Mill Village Trailhead in Augusta, Georgia. The event offers three distances: 5K, 10K, and a Half Marathon. The 5K and 10K are out-and-back courses through the park, with the 5K as one loop and the 10K as two; the Half Marathon repeats the loop four times.
Parking is available at the trailhead and nearby Ann Boardman Park. Runners receive a themed finisher medal; costume prizes are encouraged but not required. The race is part of the US Road Running Race Series, with a 3 hours 30 minutes time limit.
