Event overview
The Medal Madness event is scheduled for December 6, 2025, at Oakside Community Park in Biglerville, Pennsylvania (2880 Table Rock Rd, Biglerville, PA 17307). The event includes the following distances:

All runners must register online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. The event is organized by US Road Running. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Courses and logistics
The courses are out-and-back loop segments with multiple repeats to reach each distance. For the 5K and 10K the loop segment is 0.78 miles one way, making the out-and-back 1.56 miles; the 5K completes that out-and-back two times and the 10K completes it four times. For the half marathon the loop segment is 1.09 miles one way, making the out-and-back 2.18 miles; the half marathon completes that out-and-back six times.
