About the race
The Harrodsburg Oktoberfest 5K Walk/Run, sponsored by Harrodsburg Animal Hospital, takes place in Harrodsburg, Kentucky, at Anderson Dean Park. This scenic 5K event combines fitness with the festive spirit of Central Kentucky's largest Oktoberfest celebration. Participants receive a T-shirt with their entry and medals are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as top finishers in various age groups.
The race welcomes strollers but not dogs. Runners over 21 can enjoy a $1 discount on beer at the Oktoberfest beer tent by showing their bib.
