Harvest Moon Run
The Harvest Moon Run is an annual nighttime 5K run and walk held at Historic Route 66 State Park in Eureka, Missouri. This family-friendly glow run features a mostly flat, paved course illuminated by pathlighters, creating a unique moonlit atmosphere. Participants receive a long-sleeve t-shirt and an Energizer headlight to light their way.
The event also includes free kids' fun runs for ages 10 and under. Proceeds support local hunger relief programs, encouraging participants to bring canned and boxed food donations. The race offers awards for overall and age group winners, making it a festive community event combining fitness, fun, and charity. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
