Event overview
The HAUNTED HYROX RACE SIM is a Halloween-themed HYROX race simulation held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Summit View Shelter, 92 Pleasant Breeze Rd., Rocky Mount, VA 24151. The event offers multiple heats for Individual, Doubles, and Relay teams. Entry prices listed are $40 for Individual, $60 for Doubles, and $80 for Relay. Format and course
The event follows the HYROX Fitness Race structure, with running segments alternated with functional-exercise zones. Individual and Doubles competitors complete a running segment each round; Doubles teams may split the exercise zones between team members. Relay teams are composed of four members, with each person completing two running laps and two exercise zones.
