About the race
Virginia's Blue Ridge Triple Crown is a running challenge held in Roanoke, Virginia, featuring three of the region's premier races: the Blue Ridge Full or Half Marathon in April, the Salem Half Marathon in October, and the Star City Half Marathon in November. Runners who complete all three half marathon or longer distances earn a distinctive 4-inch Triple Crown medal. There is also a Triple Crown Sprint Series for shorter races, including 10K and 8K events, with a separate medal.
Participants must register individually for each race and complete at least two races in person. The medals feature a unique design inspired by the Blue Ridge Mountains and the iconic Roanoke Star. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
