Haunted Oak 5K

The Haunted Oak 5K is a Halloween-themed running event held at Old Oak Country Club in Homer Glen, Illinois. Participants run a 5K course through a haunted, zombie-infested setting where they can test their speed and endurance while avoiding zombies. Costumes are highly encouraged, with prizes awarded for the best zombie-themed outfits, including categories like Best Couple and Creepy Superhero.

All runners receive a medal, and the first 200 pre-registrants get a limited edition event gift. After the race, survivors can enjoy refreshments at a cash bar.
