Scary at the Prairie

Scary At The Prairie is a Halloween-themed running event in Frankfort, Illinois, at Breidert Green Park. It offers a 5K Run/Walk, a 1 Mile Fun Run, and a 100 Yard Youth Dash, with the course described as running through Prairie Park in costumes. Participants can compete for prizes in Best Family Theme, Biggest Group Theme, Funniest, Scariest, and Most Creative costumes.

All preregistered participants receive a race shirt; finishers earn ribbons, and 5K winners receive trophies with age-group medals. After the race, tricks and treats await at Breidert Green.
