Headed for Hope 5K

Headed for Hope 5K Run/Walk in Charlotte, NC, benefits brain tumor research, awareness, and education through the CNSA Foundation. Hosted by Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates, the race begins and ends at the firm’s Midtown Charlotte office on Baldwin Avenue, guiding runners through a scenic neighborhood in the Queen City. The event offers a 5K Run/Walk, Brady the Brain’s Kids Dash, and a Supporter option.

Registered participants receive a race shirt and a finisher medal, with a timed course and awards for top finishers and age groups.
