Share the Harvest 5K Run/Walk

Share the Harvest – 4th Annual 5K Run/Walk, hosted by the Community Leadership Academy, takes place at McAlpine Creek Park, 8711 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC 28212. The 5K course welcomes runners and walkers to support the Community Kitchen Program, a completely free culinary training initiative for underserved community members, including immigrants and refugees. The event helps fund job readiness and lasting community impact, and 117 participants had already signed up.

All registered runners receive a free limited-edition 2025 running T-shirt. The gathering emphasizes a fun, meaningful atmosphere—Let’s run, walk, and Share the Harvest together—and highlights the organization’s nonprofit mission. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
