Healthy Strides 10K

The Healthy Strides 5K/10K event, organized by the Fairfax County Park Authority, will take place on May 3, 2025, at Burke Lake Park in Fairfax Station, VA. Participants can choose between a scenic 5K run/walk or a more challenging 10K trail run. The event also features a Tots/Kids Dash for younger participants.

Registration is limited to 550 participants, and early registration is encouraged to secure a spot and receive a technical tee. The courses are USATF certified, and all finishers will receive a commemorative medal. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Fairfax County Park Foundation.
