Heart and Soul 5K

Heart and Soul 5k takes place in Howell, Michigan (48843) on Sunday, September 14, 2025. The flat, paved 5K course loops the Howell High School campus, with a start and finish on the track/football field. It welcomes runners, walkers, and wheeled athletes and supports Ainsley’s Angels Michigan and Livingston County Special Olympics.

The event features chip timing, post-race snacks, swag, and raffle prizes, with overall male and female prizes. Shirts are guaranteed for signups by August 27. Strollers and service animals are welcome.
