Heartland - Cassoday, KS
The Heartland event in Cassoday, Kansas, is a challenging ultra-running race featuring multiple distances: 125 miles, 100 miles, 100K, Teter Rock 100K, 50 miles, marathon, and half marathon. The course primarily follows backcountry gravel roads with minimal paved sections, winding through the scenic Flint Hills tallgrass prairie with rolling hills and about 6,000 feet of elevation gain on the 100-mile route.
