Heroes on the Run

HEROES On The Run 5K takes place at East Potomac Park (Hains Point) in Washington, DC. The event features a 5K course on the Hains Point circuit, known for smooth, flat terrain and scenic views of the Potomac River. The out-and-back route travels along the point to a turnaround and back to the finish.

The race is hosted by HEROES, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization honoring fallen law enforcement officers and firefighters by supporting their families. Families can register together at a discounted rate. Packet pickup is available on race morning, and parking is ample near the start.
