Heroes Run 10K

Hosted by The South Florida First Responders Foundation, the Heroes Run (10K / 5K / 1 Mile) takes place at the Pompano Beach Pier in Pompano Beach, Florida, on November 29, 2025. This family-friendly event offers a Fun Run, 1-Mile, 5K, 10K, and a Kids Run, welcoming runners, walkers, and spectators from the community and First Responders including Police, Fire Rescue, Ocean Rescue, and the military. Proceeds benefit mental-health services for First Responders and families through partners such as Stomping Out the Stigma and benevolent associations.
