Hilltop U.S.A.

The Hilltop U.S.A. 5K, held in Columbus, Ohio, is the longest-running race on the Hilltop, scheduled for July 5, 2025. It offers multiple events including an in-person standard 5K run/walk, a challenging Heavy "Ruck Run" where men carry a 35lb+ and women a 20lb+ rucksack, and a virtual 5K option.

The race supports the American Legion Don Gentile Post 532 Honor Guard and the Columbus Westside Running Club. Participants receive a comfortable race shirt and a collector’s medal honoring the U.S. Navy.
