Hinson Lake 24 Hour Ultra Classic

The Hinson Lake 24 Hour Ultra Classic is an annual ultramarathon held at Hinson Lake in Rockingham, North Carolina. The 19th edition features a USATF-certified 1.5032-mile loop trail around the lake, composed of sand and gravel with over 16 wooden footbridges, including a 300-foot bridge crossing the lake. The course is marked with chem-lights for nighttime running.

Participants compete to cover the greatest distance within 24 hours, with electronic timing and bib chips tracking laps. The event limits entries to 500 runners and requires pacers to be registered.
