About the race
Holiday Hootie Hoo is the Southern Singletrack Trail Series’ year‑end trail race at Pine Mountain’s F.D.R. State Park in Georgia. The event offers a Half Marathon and a 10K along Pine Mountain’s long, scenic trail network, including the Mountain Creek Nature Trail Loop and segments of the Long Leaf Loop.
Expect rocky, rooty singletrack shaded by hardwoods and longleaf pines, with rock formations, springs, and creek crossings. The atmosphere is festive, with hoodies, finisher awards, a warm campfire, and strong community camaraderie.
