Honor Run Half Marathon

The St. Elizabeth Healthcare Honor Run Half Marathon, held annually in Florence, Kentucky, is a running event dedicated to honoring veterans. Scheduled for November 9, 2025, the event features a 13.1-mile half marathon, a 10K run/walk, and a 5K run/walk, all starting and finishing under the iconic Florence Y'All water tower.

Since its inception in 2014, the event has raised approximately $430,000 to support Honor Flight Tri-State, helping local veterans visit their memorials in Washington, D.C.
