Howell Twp./Farmingdale 5K Run & Race Walk
The 12th Annual Howell Township/Farmingdale 5K Run & Race Walk takes place in Farmingdale, New Jersey, starting at Howell High School's athletic complex. This event features separate 5K runs and race walks for adults (20+) and youth (19 and under). The course runs on the roads of Howell and Farmingdale, offering a community-focused atmosphere.
The race benefits CONTACT of Ocean & Monmouth Counties, a 24/7 crisis intervention and suicide prevention hotline. Participants can register for runs, race walks, or purchase a T-shirt only. Awards are given for overall and age group winners, with professional timing by COMPUSCORE.
