Saturday in the Park Women's 5K

The Saturday in the Park Women's 5K is an annual running and walking event held at Thompson Park in Lincroft, New Jersey. Organized by the Jersey Shore Running Club, this 32nd edition supports women's charities in Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean counties. The event features a 5K run or walk exclusively for women, with participation capped at 250, and includes children's races for boys and girls aged 12 and under.
