I Run for Ronald 5K
The I Run for Ronald 5K is an annual running event held to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation. Participants can run, walk, or bike a distance of 3.1 miles, with all proceeds benefiting families in need of support while their children are hospitalized. The event will take place along the Burke-Gilman Trail, concluding at Red Square on the University of Washington campus.
The first 500 registrants will receive event shirts. The race aims to foster community involvement and raise funds for a worthy cause, continuing a tradition of successful fundraising in previous years. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
