Logistics and awards
Packet pick up is scheduled for Thursday, November 6 at Life Point Church, 8098 FM 1560, San Antonio, TX, and on race day at the event site. Race shirts will be ordered on October 15; registrants must register by October 14 to guarantee shirt size. Virtual entries may be completed and run anywhere through November 30; packets can be picked up or mailed for a $7 shipping fee. Shipped shirts and medals may arrive after the event date. Digital bibs and virtual result submission are available.
Registration fees vary by date: $30 through June 30, $35 through November 5, and $40 from November 6 until race morning. Children ages 4-10 have a reduced fee; ages 0-3 are free. No refunds or deferrals are given for personal decisions; transfers or sales of registrations are handled via confirmation instructions or the race organizer. Awards include overall male and female, 1st-3rd in age groups, and a team competition determined by the combined chipped times of the fastest three runners.
