Inclusion In Motion

Inclusion In Motion is a 6-hour endurance event scheduled for September 21, 2025, at Heckscher State Park, where participants of all abilities come together to promote inclusion and challenge limits. Athletes can run solo, form teams, or assist adaptive athletes, completing as many 3.1-mile loops as possible, with a maximum distance of 26.2 miles. A 100-meter dash is also available for all abilities.

The event aims to foster a more inclusive running community, with proceeds benefiting families in need of medical equipment and services. Participants receive a t-shirt, swag bag, and access to various amenities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
