Run For Heroes 5K Run/Walk

The Run For Heroes 5K Run/Walk is held annually at the Setauket Fire Department, located at 190 Main Street, Setauket, NY. The 2025 event takes place rain or shine and offers a 5K distance suitable for runners and walkers. Participants who register at least three weeks in advance receive personalized bibs, and the first 150 pre-registered runners get event T-shirts.

Amenities include post-run refreshments, food trucks, and a 50/50 raffle. Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and age group winners across multiple categories.
