Event overview
IronHike Series - Spring '26 is a multi-day endurance event held at Mohawk Mountain Ski Area in Cornwall, Connecticut. The main festival dates are Thursday, June 4 to Sunday, June 7, 2026. Events use a FlexRelay format and allow Solo, Trail Buddy (team of 2), or Trail Family (team of 3 or 4) participation. Participants self-manage pacing, rest, hydration, and sleep; some events require night trekking with a headlamp. The format asks participants to repeat climbs on a rugged, day-and-night course to reach the elevation equivalent of each event’s namesake mountain. Registrations include tenting space for the entrant and up to six spectators, a base area for support stations, on-course support (shade, fire pit, hydration, snacks), custom training plans, personalized bibs, summit tokens, finisher medals and hats, ski patrol medical support, free parking, spectator areas, and restrooms.
