Jerry Garcia Memorial River Run & Walk

The Jerry Garcia Memorial River Run & Walk is an annual 4-mile run/walk event held in Arkville, New York, in the scenic Catskill Mountains along the East Branch of the Delaware River. Celebrating its 22nd anniversary in 2025, the course passes through farmland and the charming village of Margaretville. The event features a festive atmosphere with a post-race party including a chicken and veggie BBQ, refreshments, and live music by "Mind Left Body," a Grateful Dead tribute band.
