Event
The Jingle Run for Hope 5K Run/Walk takes place in Morristown, TN on December 13, 2025. This is the 11th annual running of the event. The event offers both timed and untimed 5K run/walk options. Proceeds benefit local cancer care and patients and families.
Course, logistics, and rules
The course begins near the entrance to East Tennessee Diamond Company, travels east to the first turnaround at Evans Ave, returns west across Cumberland Ave, turns left onto Peavine Alley (the first left after 1907 Brewing Company), follows the parking lot (bear right) to Henry St, then returns onto West Main St to a final turnaround at West Main St and Fairmont Ave, finishing at the start/finish line. Chip timing will be used and results are available by scanning the RESULTS QR code on the official race bib.
There is public parking throughout downtown, with the largest lot located behind East Tennessee Diamond Company; parking in private lots may result in towing (including HealthStar Physicians, Burger King, and PetSense). Pre-event packet pickup is at Morristown Landing (4355 Durham Landing) on December 10-12, 2025; race-day packet pickup is on West Main Street near East TN Diamond Co. Shirts are not mailed. All participants must be registered and wear an official bib. The event is open to runners, walkers, and wheelchair athletes; bicycles, skateboards, and rollerblades are not permitted. Baby strollers are allowed in the back of the starting pack. There is a 1 hour and 30 minute time limit. Leashed dogs are permitted. Awards include overall and age-division top finishers, costume awards, and recognition for group participation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
