Jog Your Memory 5K

The 2025 Jog Your Memory 5K/Walk takes place in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, at 155 North Lake Drive by the city stage. It offers a timed 5K Run/Walk and a non-competitive 1 Mile Walk. The course begins at the Prestonsburg Municipal parking lot and runs through the area in a community-focused, memory‑awareness atmosphere.

Special features include an “In Memory Of” section on the back of shirts, age-group awards, and group discounts. Shirts are guaranteed for those registered by August 22. Early registration pricing applies, with proceeds supporting Alzheimer’s and dementia awareness and research, inviting participants to EndAlz and Cure Dementia.
