The Jubilee Joy Fest & 5K Walk/Run takes place on October 4, 2025 at Southside Lions Park, Pavilion 4, San Antonio, TX 78223. The event is organized to benefit Jubilee Academies student scholarships, external learning opportunities, and student programs. The festival portion features performances from student clubs and organizations, including band, cheerleading, and choir.

Categories include a 5K, a 1-mile option, a virtual 5K, Jubilee staff, Jubilee students ages 11-18, kids ages 4-10 (with paid adult), and kids 0-3 free with a paid adult. Kids ages 4-10 may run a 0.5-mile kids race before the 5K and may also participate in the 5K. The 5K uses a trail route on San Antonio’s Southside.

Awards and race details: overall male and female awards; 1st-3rd in age groups 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+; team competition awards for top 1st-3rd teams based on combined time of the top three runners; finisher medals for the first 100 finishers.

Registration pricing and notes: tiered entry fees change before and after registration deadlines; event shirts are ordered on 9/24/25 (register by 9/23 to reserve size). Early packet pickup location is TBD; packet pickup is also available on race day.
