Karknocker 5K Race/Walk

The 28th Annual Karknocker 5K Race/Walk takes place in East Rochester, NY, starting and finishing at the East Rochester School District campus on Woodbine Avenue. This USATF certified course offers a competitive and community-friendly atmosphere with prize money awarded to top male, female, and masters runners, as well as course record bonuses. Participants receive a Karknocker DriFit t-shirt and medal if registered early.

The event features water stations along the route and awards for top finishers in multiple age groups. Parking is available nearby with some road closures on race day to ensure safety.
