About the race
The Kingdom Challenge Half Marathon and 5K are road races held in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, in St. Johnsbury. The event offers two distances: a point-to-point Half Marathon with more than 3,000 feet of elevation change, and a 5K that winds through four-season, in-town neighborhoods.
The Half Marathon's course includes roughly 60% dirt roads, adding a rustic, out-and-back feel amid scenic terrain. The 5K provides a flatter, urban route through town.
