Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run

The Lance Pfrimmer Memorial Run is an annual event held in Rochester, Minnesota, starting and finishing at the Eagle's Aerie #2228. The 2025 edition features an 8K run and a 1-mile walk, with the course running along the Bear Creek trail system and including a loop around Silver Lake and the Mayo High School track.
