Lansing Juneteenth 5k Run/Walk/Roll
The Lansing Juneteenth 5k Run/Walk/Roll is scheduled for June 19, 2026 in Lansing, Michigan. The event is organized by the Lansing Area Track Club and Run Tha City 517 as the fourth annual Juneteenth 5k. The course is a 3.1 mile route that starts at Benjamin Davis Park, 5500 Pleasant Grove Rd, and is described as open to runners, walkers and rollers; strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. The largest team created receives a first place trophy before the race.
Registration, services and results
Entry fees change by date: $35 through March 31 (t-shirt guaranteed), $40 April 1 to June 5 (t-shirt guaranteed), $45 June 6 to June 14 (t-shirt size not guaranteed), and $50 on race day (t-shirt not guaranteed). Registering four or more people qualifies a team for a $5 per person discount; refunds are applied when the fourth team member registers. Packet pickup is listed for June 13 at Schmidt Community Center, 5185 Wise Road, and for race day pickup at Benjamin Davis Park. Awards are given to top finishers in multiple age groups from 12 and under up to 80 and over. The race will be timed by the Michigan Running Foundation and results will be posted live.
