Silver Bells Race

Silver Bells 5K Race is a 5K run/walk held in downtown Lansing, Michigan, as part of Silver Bells in the City holiday festivities. Now in its 13th year, the marked course winds through downtown and is presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network. A highlight is the costume contest, returning in 2025 with categories for holiday traditional, festive sweater, and holiday movies; Del Rio photography will capture contestants.

Proceeds benefit the Chris and Louise Holman Foundation and Silver Bells in the City, with more than $58,000 donated to local at-risk youth. Packet pickup is in Okemos on Friday and on Capitol Lawn at race weekend. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
