The Lansing Lighthouse 5K & 1 Mile Run takes place on Saturday, August 29, 2026, in Myers Park, Lansing, NY 14882. The event benefits the Lansing High School Cross Country Team. Two official event distances are offered:

- 1 Mile Fun Run
The Fun Run is free and does not include t-shirts or official timing.
Registration, course and awards
Registrations are online only; paper or cash registrations are not accepted. Early 5K registration is priced at $20, increasing to $25 after August 1 and on race day, plus processing fees. Unisex shirts are guaranteed for early entries with an August 1 deadline. The organizer notes assistance is available for participants with financial need.
The course is described as flat and follows paved and dirt roads around Myers Park and Salt Point, with the start and finish located in Myers Park. Awards include ribbons for every Fun Run finisher, overall top 1, 2 and 3, top winners in each age category (Under 10; 11-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+), and recognition for the youngest 5K finisher.
