The Lucky 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Las Cruces takes place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at La Llorona Park, 3440 W Picacho Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88007. The event offers the following distances:

- 10K
- Half Marathon Virtual options are available for all three distances. Water stations will be provided approximately every 1.5 miles. Packet pickup is offered on race morning beginning one hour before the race. Course maps are available for each distance.
Registration, awards and policies
The event has multiple registration periods with different fees (preview, early bird, regular, late, and race day). Participants registered by February 18 are guaranteed race swag in their size; after that, swag is while supplies last. Race shirts and finisher medals are provided for all participants. Awards will be given to top finishers by overall and age categories, including Top 3 Overall M/F, Masters (40+), Grand Masters (50+), Senior Masters (60+), and 5-year age-group awards from 10 & under through 80+.
Virtual participants can run anywhere and must submit their time by the end of race day; virtual packages are shipped the Monday after the event to continental US addresses. All registrations are final : there are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. In extreme weather the event may be canceled; there are no refunds in that case. Volunteers who recruit three others and complete the event volunteer duties may receive a $50 Visa gift card. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
